7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Some of our products offer a 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee and are clearly labeled as such. If within 7 days, our teaching style doesn't fit your learning style, send us an email and show us that you've watched the videos and we'll refund your investment in full. After 7 days, however, all sales are final.

Unless Otherwise Noted, No Refunds 

All sales are final, and the Company does not offer any money-back guarantees. You recognize and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund for any purchase under any circumstances

Delivery Policy

All products are digital. Immediately after purchase, you'll receive your download link, or login information giving you access to what you've purchased. If any of your purchases are coaching packages, upon purchase, you'll receive a zoom link with a calendar link to book your next coaching call.

Cancellation Policy

For all live 1:1 calls, we require 24 hour notice if you need to cancel. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment, there will be no fee. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, a 20% fee will be invoiced to you, and full payment will be expected by the following appointment.
